Complete renovation of this three-storey house for a blended family.
Every cm² was optimized!
A master suite was created in the rather cramped garage, comprising a bedroom, bathroom/WC and dressing room, with an interior link created by a spiral staircase (partly) incorporated into the rock.
The living room and kitchen have been completely redone, as has the staircase that crosses the three levels.
The volumes of the top floor have also been completely redesigned, with the children’s bedrooms and shower room.
Finally, a veranda extension was created to accommodate an office and laundry room..
